Montreal, November 22, 2011 - E-Commerce Place, managed by Canderel Management Inc. on behalf of building owners Kanam Grund, was the proud recipient of the BOMA BESt, Level 3 certification, at a ceremony held in the building’s atrium on Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
To achieve BOMA BESt, Level 3 certification, a building must meet all of the BOMA Go Green Best Practices and achieve 80-89% on the Go Green Plus assessment. Buildings at this level of certification exemplify a higher level of performance and demonstrate excellence in environmental management. This achievement reflects property management’s long-term commitment to reducing the environmental impacts associated with building operations through the efficient use of resources, the implementation of effective technologies and successful waste management practices.
In addition to attaining BOMA BESt Level 3 certification, E-Commerce Place is currently pursuing LEED Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance Certification.
