10050 112 Street

Canderel has recently acquired the Ironwood Professional Building in Edmonton Alberta.

This 83,995 sq. ft., 10 storey office building situated downtown, represents Canderel’s latest expansion within Western Canada. This is a multi-tenant property, with a high level of diversity and stability with many long term professional and medical tenants.

Tri City Centre, Cambridge – 150 Holiday Inn Drive

Tri-City Centre is located in the heart of the main commercial district of Cambridge, Ontario in the community of Hespeler, just north of Highway 401 and east of Highway 24. The Centre is situated on 19 acres of land at the intersection of Holiday Inn Drive and Groh Avenue. Tri-City Centre is a mixed use retail/office property totaling approximately 223,000 sq. ft. with a free standing Tim Hortons store. There is parking available for over 900 vehicles with the potential to accommodate more on site.

The Residences of College Park - Phases I and II

The Residences of College Park represents the ultimate in high rise condominium development in downtown Toronto. DNA3

Credited with leading the King West condominium boom, Canderel's award winning developments at King and Shaw called DNA and DNA II are condo legends.  Launched five years ago in what was then an uninspired and somewhat forgotten part of the city, DNA helped spur the revitalization of this former industrial neighborhood, creating, in the process, Toronto's hippest new residential destination.

In the fall of 2010, Canderel successfully launched the long awaited third and final phase of this exciting project … aptly named, DNA3.

2700 Swansea Crescent

Canderel has been engaged by Iridian Spectral Technologies to construct a 43,000 square foot state of the art office and high tech manufacturing facility in the Hawthorne Business Park.  The building is situated on a 2.2 acre site and will feature 18,000 sq. ft. of office space over two floors and 25,000 sq. ft. of full height and high tech manufacturing space.  Construction was completed in 2012.

495 Richmond Road

5025 Innovation Drive - NorthTech Campus

The development of NorthTech Campus, a 150 acre site in Kanata, is one of Canderel's major real estate accomplishments in the Ottawa area. The Campus is a state-of-the-art technology-oriented office park located on prime real estate in one of Canada’s highest growth regions. NorthTech Campus’ development is a multi-phase project with over 600,000 sq. ft. of office space developed to date. Notable tenants currently located in the Campus include Research in Motion, Cisco Systems and CAE.
