Tour des Canadiens 2

As an ode to the greatest hockey franchise in the history of NHL, Tour des Canadiens 2 will be iconic and breathtaking. The building is an architecturally sculpted glass tower whose slender, skewed and tapered forms are inspired by icicles. Residents will be welcomed by a luxurious lobby will have a grand hotel ambience with rich marble accents in a contemporary Art Deco reinterpretation. The dramatic 4-storey high atrium overlooks the St. Antoine-Jean d’Estrees plaza. The Atrium’s Skybridge directly connects the building to Windsor Station and the Bell Centre.

Emerald Park

Canderel provides property management services for Metro Grocers' shipping facilities and common areas at the Emerald Park complex near Sheppard and Yonge. Canderel balances the needs of multiple owners and tenants within a mixed use environment.

Portions of the property managed directly by Canderel include: shared elevator lobbies on four floors, loading docks and surrounding facilities, and the common areas which are part of the 16,820 sq. ft. retail space. Future occupants will include LCBO, Metro and Starbucks.

Canderel, in collaboration with Succession Development Corporation, a developer of Seniors Housing, is developing a mid-rise mixed use development at 890-900 Bank Street.  The project will feature approximately 18,000 square feet of premium retail space at grade with 160 seniors’ residences above.  890-900 Bank Street is located prominently in the heart of the Glebe and is located less than a block away from Lansdowne Park.
