Construction of Bell Canada's new headquarters on Nuns' Island, Quebec was fully completed on February 1, 2009. After starting excavation in late February 2007, the First Phase (605,000 sq. ft.) of the property was delivered on time and on budget to Bell in September 2008.

Located at the junction of the Champlain Bridge and the Bonaventure Highway, just 5 minutes from the central business district of downtown Montreal, the campus is strategically located for accessibility and visibility while maintaining an open collegiate atmosphere.
The campus, whose Second Phase (235,000 sq. ft.) was delivered in February 2009 reunites employees who were situated in several different locations across the greater Montreal area.
