Mr. Douglas Pascal was appointed Vice Chairman in September 2007.

Prior to 2007, Mr. Pascal held the position of President of Canderel and oversaw the company's wide-ranging operations in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver and Texas. He has been a valued partner and pivotal participant in the company's success. His considerable real estate experience, knowledge and expertise continue to be a major benefit to the company and its growth.

Prior to joining Canderel, Mr. Pascal was a senior partner and chairman of the real estate department at a prominent Montreal law firm.

Mr. Pascal was called to the Bar in 1968. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Urban Development Institute of Quebec and a past Chairman of the 2007 Montreal Real Estate Forum.
