Mr. Richard Corso joined Canderel in 1982. His current responsibilities include development activities and transaction structuring.

Over the past 29 years, Mr. Corso has played a leading role in the development of new prestigious buildings in Montreal totaling in excess of two million square feet, such as: SNC-Lavalin headquarters and Cité du Commerce Electronique (both on René-Lévesque Blvd),3744 Jean-Brillant, and 8 and 20 Place du Commerce on Nun's Island.

 In addition Mr Corso leased and managed numerous properties such as Place de la Cathédrale (600,000 sq.ft.), 16700 and 18107 Trans-Canada Highway just to name a few.

 Prior to joining Canderel, Mr. Corso spent 6 years at one of Montreal's largest real estate brokerage firms. Previously he worked in marketing and sales at IBM Canada.

 Mr. Corso is a graduate of HEC Montreal, with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
