The draw of King West Village doubled with the addition of DNA2, designed in high style by the same acclaimed architects and interior design firm behind DNA, Graziani + Corazza and II BY IV Associates. Launched in 2004 to the great excitement of buyers who had missed their chance with DNA, sales of the 238 units were off the charts. Part of the allure was the sanctuary the property offers in the form of a rooftop terrace and a geometric-shaped garden at ground level created by well-known landscaper Janet Rosenberg. Resale values continue to be impressive today.   Residents, who had a variety of loft-inspired layouts to choose from, appreciate the many modern amenities, including gas stovetops, engineered hardwood floors and barn-style sliding doors. They also love the vibrant neighbourhood, with its numerous bars, restaurants and shops to choose from, including 8,000 square feet of retail at the building’s base. Completed in 2006, DNA2 is located a few blocks west of Bathurst, a major north-south artery on the edge of downtown, and with the King West streetcar just outside the door, getting around is easy in every direction. Visitor parking is available, and for owners with cars, there is underground parking.
