TAZA

Canderel has entered into a partnership with the Tsuut’ina First Nation to build a major commercial development that will bring social and economic prosperity to the community for generations to come. This historic 1240-acre project will be one of the largest mixed-use First Nations developments in Canada. 

Starting in 2018–2019, TAZA will leverage Southwest Ring Road traffic and create important business, social and cultural centres near SW Calgary. The plan calls for three phases and will include high-value retail opportunities, hospitality and entertainment venues, an innovation and research campus, office space, health and community facilities, and parklands. The project will offer employment, training and other services.
