One such firm, Humford Management based in Edmonton Alberta was acquired in 2014. Canderel subsequently supported the growth of the business which has almost doubled, integrated it into our national property management business as Canderel property management West and extended its reach into new markets and client relationships. While the essence and leadership of Humford’s business remains the same it now operates at a different level and with enhanced client services.
